Bryson's Bio

Rebecca is a North Carolina native and Shakespeare lover! She spent 13 years working as an English & History Teacher in the Triangle and has been part of the local theatre community since 2015, where she has worked in multiple classical productions. She is most proud of the work she did co-directing, producing, designing, and starring as Beatrice in her own adaptation of "Much Ado" for the Women Theatre Fringe Festival in 2019. She is so excited to be part of the mission of Scrap Paper. As AAD of Education, Rebecca will develop, organize, and implement programs for all ages with the goal of making classical theatre accessible for everyone.
